The prize is established and financed by the SEA, in recognition of a Master’s dissertation on the theme of clays.

Candidates presenting a dissertation for the award will have successfully defended it between May 16, 2018 and May 15, 2020.

The deadline for presentation of the dissertation is June 1, 2020. The following documentation must be sent by e-mail to the Secretary of SEA (secretaria@sea-arcillas.es):

One copy of the dissertation
Information on the University where the dissertation was presented, specifying the number of credits and the regulations of the Master’s course regarding the length of the dissertation.

The selection committee shall consist of the President, Vice-President and Secretary of the SEA. If any of these have supervised any of the dissertations presented, they shall be replaced by another member of the Governing Board.

One award will be made consisting of the sum of 200€ and the grant of three years’ SEA membership fees. Announcement of the award and presentation of same will take place during the closing ceremony of the Scientific Meeting of SEA to be held on 2020.
